TNA Maximum iMPACT! Tour 2010

Match 1: Amazing Red defeated Chris Sabin and Suicide for the number one contender slot for the X-Division title. JB then tried to introduce Earl Hebner, who “refused” to come to the ring. So the next match needed a special guest referee.

Match 2: Taylor Wilde & Sarita defeated Velvet Sky & Madison Rayne. Special Guest ref Hamada. Match ended when Velvet slapped Hamada, and Hamada retaliated. Earl Hebner finally came down after this match to a big heel response, and chants of “you screwed Bret”

Match 3: Rob Terry defeated Eric Young for the Global Championship. Being from Wales, Rob got a very good reaction from the crowd, and his in ring ability has improved. Still has a way to go though.

Match 4: Team 3D & Kurt Angle defeated Hernandez, Rhino & “The Pope” D’Angelo Dinero in a 6 man tables match. I was surprised that Rhino was opposite Team 3D, until I realised that he was the one due to go through the table. Team 3D did the 3D on him for the win. After the match, Devon got a couple of kids from the crowd and gave them a signed bit of table. Funny moment when Bubba asked one of the kids who their favourite wrestler was and they said “AJ Styles.” Bubba then asked Devon who his favourite wrestler is, but cut him off before he could answer with a Rockesque “It doesn’t matter…”

Dixie Carter is introduced to the crowd, and she says a few words of thanks to the crowd.

Match 5: Samoa Joe defeated Daniels in an I Quit match. This match was very subpar for these two, and you could tell Joe was carrying an injury.

Match 6: Beer Money defeated The British Invasion Before match, British Invasion explain how they weren’t celebrating with Rob Terry because they’re sick and tired of babysitting him, just like England babysits Wales, to a big heel response. Crowd get behind Beer Money and they put on a good match.

Match 7: AJ Styles defeated Desmond Wolfe for the World Championship. Just as what you’d expect of these two.
