I really appreciated this recap of Impact. Living in the US this is almost a week after the original airing of Impact for those of us on the other side of the pond, but I haven’t had a chance to catch up with work and eerything else going on at the moment. I will have to go back and watch the AJ/Flair segment after your recommendation, and despite not seeing Impact yet I did see the 3.3.11 video. With so many sites covering the negative aspect that it ‘copied’ WWE’s Taker videos it was nice to see that a few sites actually ‘get it’ and realize it was TNA throwing those videos back in the face of the wrestling world. I said it on facebook the very next day when so many were complaining about said video that there’s no way TNA ran the video trying to be original and it was in fact TNA ribbing the WWE and everyone that believed Sting was going to WWE in the first place. Keep up the great work

Thanks for the kind words Jacob. Totally agree, it never ceases to amaze how the possibility of a Sting return on WWE TV was so highly anticipated by some members of the IWC, then when TNA win the bidding war, suddenly Sting is dismissed and uninteresting – for some TNA can do no right, because quite frankly those negative people just don’t want TNA to succeed.

The video was clearly a little jab thrown at WWE to say, “you hyped the possibility of a Sting return, then failed to deliver – we got the real deal!”, harmless fun and nothing more.
