The Hulkster: Spoke too soon on twitter?

The Hulkster: Spoke too soon on twitter?

During an appearance on Bubba the Love Sponge’s radio show earlier today, Hulk Hogan commented that he got in trouble for tweeting that Impact would be going on the road every other taping starting in August.

PWinsider is reporting that there is no deal in place for this to take place, although there have been discussions with Spike TV about the idea. At the time Hogan made the announcement, nothing had been agreed upon, even in principle, so a lot of people in the TNA office were tearing their hair out as word reached them of Hogan letting the cat out of the bag.

On Bubba’s show, Hogan instead claimed an announcement would be made next week and they would be testing out the proposed schedule.

Some additional notes from Bubba’s show:

– Bubba and Hogan put over Jeff Jarrett, saying he was one of the good guys. Hogan said there were issues with Vince Russo and Jarrett back in the day (Bash at the Beach) but after everything is flushed out, he is one of the good guys.

– Hogan put over Sting, saying that Sting was on fire after what he did to Hogan.

– Bubba suggested getting rid of the Russos and the cancers, and running with Hogan, Flair and the Hardys and having them storyboard the show. Hogan said there is a point/counterpoint for Russo/Hardys that he can’t get into but Bubba is going in the right direction overall.
